AYAL — the distribution management platform
AYAL is a distribution management platform built to the group’s own operation, and it runs the distribution process end to end.
It gives distribution teams, drivers and clients real-time information, and gives clients full transparency and the ability to follow the distribution process through dashboards built for them.
AYAL carries a warehouse application, a dispatcher application and a driver application, alongside a client portal and an agent portal. It also digitises proof of delivery and bills of lading, which cuts paper use substantially.
The platform shortens lead times, makes the best use of warehouse space, and produces a reliable forecast of workload.
WMS — the logistics-centre management platform
The logistics centres run on an advanced WMS, which allows inventory and goods to be managed and controlled across the whole storage process — from the moment goods are received to the moment they leave the warehouse.
The platform manages where items sit in the warehouse, the orders and the stock movements, and provides a current picture that allows efficient and accurate control of inventory.
Information security and operational continuity
The group’s information systems are secured and protected by advanced information security measures, while availability and operational continuity are maintained.
Data is backed up at a dedicated DR (Disaster Recovery) site, which allows systems and data to be restored quickly and operations to resume after a wide-scale failure or an emergency.
