LOGISTEAM is Sela Group’s distribution arm, specialising in end-to-end distribution solutions in both B2B and B2C models. The company was founded in 1999 and provides distribution services to the group’s clients, and to companies, importers and logistics centres.
The company specialises in distribution to business and private customers nationwide, matching the supply process to the product’s characteristics and to the client’s requirements. Its core specialisation is carrying large products to private customers, including booking the delivery in advance within a defined time window and in line with the requirements of Israel’s technicians law.
The distribution operation combines flexible handling, advanced technology and real-time control, to secure an efficient delivery process, deliveries that keep to schedule, and a high service level the whole way through.

The process behind the distribution
AYAL — the distribution management platformA platform built to the company’s own operation, running the distribution process end to end. It includes an advanced client portal and dashboards built to each client, and supports everything from booking the delivery and following the consignment’s status in real time through to producing reports to the client’s own requirements. The whole handover is recorded and confirmed by digital signature, with no paper documents needed.
Customer coordination desk
A hybrid service and coordination desk, combining AI agents with a professional service team, which answers customer enquiries and books deliveries quickly. Alongside the desk, a dedicated application lets customers get information and follow the consignment’s status. The delivery slot can also be booked at the point of purchase, according to need and availability.
Message updates
The customer gets running updates over WhatsApp on the consignment’s status and its arrival time, and can rebook the delivery as needed.
GPS fleet system
A GPS system allows the distribution vehicles and their locations to be tracked and controlled in real time, across the whole delivery process.
Distribution optimisation
Advanced systems for planning, controlling and managing routes, combining distribution and performance data to plan deliveries efficiently.
Computerised archive
Delivery notes are scanned and recorded computationally, so the information is kept and can be found long after the delivery is done.
Information services
A DR system for data recovery in the event of a failure, alongside internet-based infrastructure that keeps the information available and reachable.
