Our services

  1. Warehousing

A range of storage solutions matched to the product, to its characteristics and to the client’s needs

    0 sqmLogistics space

18 logistics centres nationwide offering a range of storage solutions — heavy and light racking, pallet and bulk storage, temperature-controlled warehouses, hanging systems, and yard and container storage.

Inventory is managed through advanced information systems, with real-time control and oversight, and with goods-in, storage and picking matched to the client’s needs.

  2. Distribution

A nationwide distribution operation combining operational flexibility, advanced technology and a fit to the client’s needs

    0Parcels per day

    0Delivery trucks

Nationwide distribution across a range of sectors and products — domestic electrical and electronics, air conditioners, furniture, mattresses, home accessories, fitness equipment, fashion, food, cosmetics and toys.

The operation carries a customer coordination desk, real-time updates by SMS, and a GPS system for tracking and controlling the fleet.

  3. Container terminal

An open container terminal for full and empty container storage, yard storage for cargo, and flexible solutions for companies and businesses

    0 kmFrom Ashdod port

The terminal takes containers and cargo for a short or a long term, alongside unloading, stuffing and haulage. Being close to the port is what gives the operational flexibility and the speed of response.

Solutions are matched to every cargo type, including vehicle and heavy equipment storage, container unloading, and moving the cargo to the group’s warehouses or straight to the client.

  4. Container haulage

Container haulage from the ports of Haifa and Ashdod to the terminal, to the group’s warehouses or straight to the end customer

    0Trailers

A haulage operation dedicated to containers, which moves them flexibly and quickly to suit the client’s needs, across a range of volumes and to short timescales.

  5. Value-added services

The work the retailer demands gets done here, not on the shop floor. Product leaves ready to sell

Bringing products in line with the Israeli standard, including plug replacement. Importer labels, price stickers, warranty certificates and Hebrew instructions. Repacking, kit and multipack assembly. An in-house print department: price tags, barcode labels and textile labels. Returns handling, scrapping and recycling.

  6. Space and container leasing

Logistics centres, warehouses and containers to lease and run independently, for a short or a long term and to suit the client’s needs

The group offers a range of space and property to lease at accessible locations across the country, which lets a business expand or adjust its operating space as it needs to.

Containers can also be hired or bought for a range of uses, storage among them, with haulage and siting at the required destination.

  7. Information systems

Advanced information systems that give control, oversight and transparency across the whole supply chain

The group’s systems interface with clients’ own and allow continuous data transfer, transparency and real-time control. A WMS runs the logistics centres — goods-in, inventory, orders and picking — alongside the AYAL platform that runs the distribution process.

The systems let clients see a current picture of inventory, orders and the distribution process, through interfaces and reports built to their requirements.

Advanced logistics services under one roof

  1. 01

    Full accountability

The group takes full responsibility for the whole of the client’s logistics chain, from the moment the container reaches the port to the delivery point at the far end, so clients can manage it, follow it and stay updated the whole way along.

  2. 02

    Operational flexibility

Sela Group supports its clients through their peak points too, and where the standard answer will not stretch it works out one that will.

  3. 03

    Operational efficiency

The group’s scale gives its clients buying power and a range of solutions matched closely to the way their own operation runs.

  4. 04

    Variable operating cost

Sela Group lets its clients avoid fixed costs for their logistics, through a pricing model based on the volume of activity they actually run. Spending follows the business as its needs change, which improves financial flexibility and makes the budget easier to manage.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum size of operation?

No. We work with clients of every size, from the largest down to the smallest, and support the activity of each of them.

Can we start with a single service?

Yes. Take one service — warehousing, distribution or anything else the group runs — and expand later. The services work as one chain, but each of them also stands on its own.

What products can you handle?

Electrical goods and electronics, air conditioners, fashion and retail, food, cosmetics, toys, medical accessories, home furniture, gym equipment and home accessories. The storage method follows the category and the properties of the product, temperature and humidity controlled space included.

Do you interface with our information systems?

We work in full integration: order transmission, status in the warehouse, status in distribution and across the whole chain.

What happens when our operation grows?

We grow with our clients and stay alongside them as they do. The operation expands with the pace of the activity, without changing supplier halfway.
